LITERACY
Join us as we read picture books written by Black authors and picture book biographies of Black artists, musicians, inventors, etc… Learn about these amazing individuals, some of which you may have never heard of before, as we read aloud their stories together. Every child is invited to read aloud but there is no pressure. We encourage everyone to follow along as the books are being read. You will be notified by email when copies of the books are available for pick up.
This week Miss Bonnie will read I promise by LeBron James and we will read together The Oldest Student by Rita Lorraine Hubbard and Oge Mora.
