It’s that time of year…when your Facebook and Instagram feeds are flooded with friends and family at Apple Orchards (and soon to be Pumpkin Farms!). We’re lucky enough to have a ton of different options for apple-picking across Westchester, the Hudson Valley and Connecticut- many of which also have other seasonal fruits and vegetables available for you to “pick-your-own”. This year is a little different with local farms and orchards adhering to new social distancing guidelines. Be sure to check their website before you go, as many of the orchards have only opened in the past couple weeks, and guidelines and requirements are subject to change. Happy Picking!
