A cruise on the Hudson River with Paddle Pub Lower Hudson is one of the most fun and unique ways to enjoy a night out with friends. We had the best moms’ night out fundraiser for our kids’ school and I can’t believe I had never done it before. We cruised the Hudson River at sunset and the views were incredible. Highlights included the Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse and going right under the Mario Cuomo Bridge, all lit up as the sky changed colors. It’s BYOB, so we brought drinks and some appetizers on board.
The idea is to pedal, but our group spent more time catching up, dancing, and soaking in the gorgeous views. Our captain and first mate were laid back and made the trip even better. A special thank you to Chris for helping us reschedule after a thunderstorm- the weather turned out perfect!
The boat docks right next to Barley on the Hudson, so we kept the party going there once the cruise wrapped up. By the end of the night, the DJ had everyone dancing, which made for the perfect ending to a great evening.
