Fridays, February 6 – May 22 (except 02/20 & 04/03), 11:00am–11:30am; for children ages 2 to 4 yrs; choose one session only, please.

Taught by Budding Buddhas instructors, children learn calmness and mindfulness while having fun practicing yoga.

Space is limited, and a ticket is required to attend. Pick up one ticket per child at the first floor desk on the morning of the program. Hand the ticket in at the patio gate for admittance. Choose one session only please.

All programs are first come, first served due to limited space &/or supplies. All groups must contact Susan Moorhead at HCL in advance of the event if interested in attending.
