RASPBERRY FROZEN MARGARITA
2oz Heimat New York Raspberry
2oz Tequila
0.5oz Lime juice
3 Mint leaves
Handful frozen strawberries and raspberries
Handful ice cubes
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
RHUBARB MOJITO
2oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
2oz White rum
2oz Chilled soda water
6 Mint leaves
1/2 Lime, sliced in wedges
Add the mint and lime wedges to the bottom of a lowball glass, and use a muddler to smash all together. Add the rhubarb, rum, and stir. Top with soda water.
IN THE AIR
1.5oz Heimat New York White Peach
1.5oz Rye Whiskey
0.75oz Bitter liqueur
0.75oz Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake until chilled. Serve over one large ice cube.
BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
1oz Heimat New York Blackberry
1.25oz Gin
0.5oz Lemon juice
Soda water
Fill a glass with the blackberry liqueur, gin, lemon juice, some ice cubes and stir well. Add 2-4oz soda water to taste.
