Tell us about your family! How many children do you have, where are you from and where do you live now?

I was born in New Rochelle and raised my family there. I am a mom of 2 adult children and I now reside in Mamaroneck.

What is your professional background?

I have been in the fitness industry for 3 decades. As a movement specialist, I understand the importance of proper biomechanics and efficient movement patterns. This not only helps my clients achieve their fitness goals but also ensures their long-term health, longevity, and well-being by minimizing the risk of pain or injuries so they can enjoy a lifetime of exercise and activity.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I take a total body approach when coaching clients, incorporating nutrition and lifestyle protocols into all their programs. I realized early on that this enhances the effectiveness and results of the valuable time they commit to their training. It is important to realize that results are not driven solely by what takes place in the gym but equally as important are one’s lifestyle choices and commitment to overall health.

What services do you offer and how can we make an appointment?

I offer Group and Personal Fitness sessions, Movement sessions, and Health Coaching sessions.  Visit my website to learn more about me and the services I provide  www.energianewyork.com

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Studying the human body has been a lifetime obsession and sharing this knowledge and passion with my clients not only enhances their lives but enables me to approach my work with humility, gratitude, and a deep sense of purpose. I am grateful and humbled to have a profession that allows me to positively impact others.

We love to support local! What are your favorite Sound Shore spots for shopping, eating, and self-care?

For personal care, I love Agape Healing Spa, High Brow and Beauty med spa, and Radiate yoga.

For an awesome salad on the go, I love Greenlife and Roaster Cafe in Mamaroneck.

For a nature fix, I love Saxon Woods White Trail, the bamboo forest and shoreline trail at the Edith G. Reed Wildlife Sanctuary Trail, and the Marshlands Conservancy Loop in Rye, NY.
