We spoke with Remy Silvestre, founder of LOVE2LEARN. Her primary goal is to create a positive educational environment which fosters a genuine love for learning. Tell us about yourself and your professional background!
As an experienced special educator and reading specialist, I bring more than a decade of working in diverse roles in both public and private schools in Westchester and New York City. After working many years as a special educator, I came to the realization that a significant number of my students required a more personalized approach that went beyond the limitations of the traditional classroom environment. This realization ignited a passion within me to establish a boutique-style educational practice that caters to children with diverse learning styles, ensuring that every child who enters feels supported and, above all, enthusiastic about the learning journey ahead.
Congratulations on opening LOVE2LEARN! The space is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed! What services do you provide here?
With the slogan “Guiding Little Hearts Towards a Lifelong Love for Learning,” LOVE2LEARN strives to create an environment that fosters creativity, imagination, and hands-on fun. LOVE2LEARN offers an array of educational services tailored to children, including private one-on-one academic support, EI/SEIT, engaging pop-up events, flexible drop-in classes, and innovative small group offerings.

Running my business is an incredibly fulfilling journey, and what resonates with me most is the profound positive impact it has on the lives of the families I have the privilege of servicing. Witnessing the enthusiasm and motivation that fill my office on a daily basis fills my heart with so much happiness.
