October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Let this serve as a reminder to you and the women in your life that you love, that ALL adult women over the age of 20 should perform breast self-exams every month. Whether or not the gene runs in your family, your breasts are large or small, self exams will save your life or the life of someone you life.
